Christmas in Broxburn
Broxburn Gala Queen Emma Whitelaw joined Santa and local revellers in this year's Christmas in Broxburn event which took place in the town on Saturday 12 December.
Along with Uphall Gala Queen Nicole Ferguson, Emma was taken in a horse-drawn carriage in the parade from Port Buchan to the church hall at Church Street where they both helped Santa and Mrs Claus hand out gifts to local children.
For the occasion, Santa brought along his reindeer and huskies.

Intergalactic Quiz 2009
Every year all the gala committees in West Lothian get together to hold a quiz night. This is a great opportunity for those involved in their local galas to get together on a social basis, have some fun and share ideas.
This year's 'intergalactic' quiz was held on Friday 13 November at Harburn golf club, near West Calder.
The Broxburn Gala Week Committee entered a team of four - Jackie Brady, Neil Borthwick, Diane Borthwick and Graeme Morrice (captain).
The team mascot was a beaver (unfortunately, we couldn't find a toy badger - anyone know where we can get one?).
Despite a heroic effort by the team, the contest was won by Armadale. Congratulations to them!
However, we are now swotting up on our astronomy, ancient history and the classics for next year!
